On the Sunday preceding the first week end of the Trail the Emsworth Arts Trail 2012 will be launched with a special event in the Square and arangements have been made for Emsworth businesses to "Adopt an artist".

29th April Emsworth Arts Trail Comes To Town  
To launch the Arts Trail artists will be painting and drawing in Emsworth Square .Also in the Square we will  be inviting the public to make their own contribution to a large community painting ,to be exhibited in The Emsworth Centre, South Street during the Trail. The Emsworth Concert Band have very kindly agreed to add to the atmosphere by playing during the day.

Adopt an Artist initiative
Members of the Emsworth Business Association have been invited to join the Adopt an Artist initiative. During the trail artists and designers will be displaying their work in shops and businesses. ADOPT AN ARTIST window stickers will guide the public on a route through the village to the various venues .
